❅ Bisexual.
❅ Lives in Montenevera for the sake of convenience.
Pointedly cool and aloof, and a pessimist who considers his glory days to be long behind him. Compared to the thrills of high-speed sports, the day-to-day of his life is pretty chill. Frosty around those he doesn't know who approach him; the shorter the interaction, the better. His enduring leg pain and joint fatigue means he dislikes staying in the cold for too long. This will sometimes be forgotten during a good battle, with him suffering the consequences later.Aware he has a pretty face, and will sometimes use it for his own amusement. Has a devilish streak.

Records In One Year

To those who have been following his career as closely as we have, the meteoric rise of Grusha Nievez's snowboarding career won't come as a surprise. But with the most recent PokΓ©athlon held at Mt. Lanakila and following this year's Olympic trials in Sunyshore, the Paldean native has not only brought home five trophies in the last calendar year but has also officially broken four world records, following the WSOB's confirmation last night.By our metrics, this ranks him as the second-best snowboarder currently in the field. We interviewed professional commentator and pundit Crasher Wake here for more.

Weeks Before Championships, Dreams Crushed for Snowboarding Star

Acclaimed Olympic snowboarder Grusha Nievez has suffered an accident while preparing for the pre-Games speed-skating championships to be held next month atop Mount Coronet.Reporters on the scene claim that the star was taken to Mezagoza by flying taxi last night, following an accident that is speculated to have caused major damage to his legs. Experts fear that this may take him out of commission permanently, and extend their greatest sympathies to the committee and his loved ones.

Backstory.

Raised between northern Paldea and southern Kalos, he found a fascination with winter sports at an early age and learned to snowboard and ski on the slopes of the Pyroarnees. From seventeen, he began competing in PokΓ©athlons around the world with his team, which became immortalized along with him.Competing in the Winter Olympics at eighteen, he achieved a silver medal in the snowboard cross. As such, he appeared on a number of lifestyle magazines and cultivated a small following online. While training for championships four years later, he suffered a leg injury that broke his femur and badly scarred the muscle tissue. Forced to abandon his dreams of winter sports and cast into depressive ambivalence, he was eventually approached to lead the formidable Glaseado Gym. There, at least, was a reason to keep going -- even if some parts of the job were pretty uncool.
